Chili Chicken Soup
2 cups shredded chicken
Large box of chicken broth (I use Knorr chicken flavor bouillon and make my own broth)
4 small cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 ½ cups Pace Picante Sauce
1 large can Green Chili (diced or chopped)
¼ tsp. Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the soup and broth together.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer.
Serve topped with cheese, fresh tomatoes and crushed corn tortilla chips.
