They seem to appear to all be exactly the same. And how do you make sure that it fits in on a given border? Do you plan that ahead so you know just how many leaves of a certain size will fit going around the quilt? HI KLO,

I don't really plan anything like the leaves or feathers....it is all done freehand..I just adjust as I go so to say...I never know how it will fit before I load the quilt I just adjust them as I go...as far as them being precise well I think that just comes with muscle memory...after you do it enough it comes naturally.

It's OK I don't mind answering questions and I think you asked a few new ones.. :D
