You can change personal info if you click on My Profile at the top of the page. To include pics in a post, click the post reply button under the last entry. A dialogue box will open. That's for text. Under the dialogue box, there are 3 buttons...preview, submit, attach files. If you click the attach files button, another box opens up. Click browse and it'll take you to the pics you have saved on your computer. You have to put something in the description box. Click on the pic you want, click open, and it puts that picture into the attachment. You can put up to 3 pictures in one post. Then click submit. It should show up then. Sometimes, if a pic doesn't show up, you may have to resize it a bit smaller.
