I had a 20% off the entire order, including sale items. I asked the clerk if I could use that along with my 40% off (if I could find a regular priced item). She said that I could. When I went through the line with my regular priced batting, she wouldn't take the 20% because I only had 1 item!!!! They will find a way to get you!
