I have seen the quilting frame your talking about. I remember being surprised to see it there, but be aware they are quite $$.

It's probably a Mega Quilter. They do go up to a king size I believe, they just have it smaller to take up less room in the store. I purchased one about 3 years ago. That's awful, I'm sorry you had so much trouble with it. The viking in my Joann's wont take anything back ever. In fact I once tried to take back something that I'd asked for one thing and she'd sold me something completely different and the woman fought with me for 1/2 an hour before relenting and giving my money back! :shock:
