cook up 2lb of mince with two packs of frozen mixed veg in a beef stock season with salt and pepper and garlic .Cook up 2 packets until ferm but not fully cooked add this to the meat and veg let cook all of the way add seasoning to taste cook until most of the stock has gone .This is a great meal I had 7 of us at home and the kids loved it and it freezes well.
