Texas frito salad
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2 good tomatoes chopped
1can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 bag fritos
Catalina French dressing
Goes great with barbecue. My kids loves this. Can make ahead and add fritos and dressing before serving!
