When my friend and I quilt together, it's ALWAYS Daniel O'Donnell (Irish singer) who sings every kind of music from religious to easy listening to some country. He appears in Branson, MO quite regularly and does concerts throughout the Midwest especially. He is great to listen to... so light and upbeat all the time! At home when I quilt alone, it's anything but mostly "world" music - reggae, hip-hop, religious (Gaithers and Signature Sound are great), and easy listening (Westlife, Lionel Richie), and even some Akon (from Senegal, Africa). MUSIC IS MY THING so almost any kind works for me but quilting needs to be really special! It's my 'OTHER THING'... the main thing is to ENJOY IT!
