The only reliable test is a colon biopsy, but this will give you an idea if gluten is a factor. I don't want to give medical advice, but I have been there, done that and know how much better I feel without gluten.

The results were amazing! within about 10 days the joint pain was gone.
but the hormones injested in beef are a different thing.
