buy extra WHITE mats( im told they last longer than the grey ones)..I go thru mats very quickly, I use my Go alot..

When my 10x10 and 6x12 mats are close to being trashed I use them for the 5x10 dies.. so I dont ever have to buy 5x10 mats unless its a great sale price then I pick up back up mats for my back up mats..

Do not use too many layers the first couple of runs thru your go. Let the die, mat & Go break in a little before you test on how many layers you can actually cut thru.. My comfort level was 5 unless it was fleece then no more than 3- it will stretch the fabric and distort your shape..

Use a piece of plain paper when cutting rag quilts helps with the excess threads getting stuck in the rag part of the die.. Major pain in the butt picking those threads out..

If I think of more Ill post..

also check out Ebonys website..
