I have the best binding clips and it is my favorite tool. I use the clip bind system by Martelli. It is fairly new to the market. But, let me tell you that I love it. It is easy to use, refillable and the thread never, never gets tangle up in it. I can do corners so much easier and I have really been please with my mitered corners. It holds the binding in place no matter how much you are messing with your quilt. It is easy to transport with you. Refills are very reasonable. I don't have to tire my hands holding the binding tight. I tend to put my clips pretty close together just for that reason. Below is a website that reviews the system.
