Billy you need to address this. I have never heard of a timing problem with a FW. I bet it is just gunk or thread or lint or all 3 caught where it shouldn't be. It probably just needs to be cleaned up and oiled and maybe have the tension adjusted.

Nancy I agree with you on it possibly being all three of them. I would spend some time cleaning it up and going from there. Everyone is so hung up on the timing on these machines. If you tried to sew 1/4" plywood yeah it is going to be out but if not then its an act of God to get one out of whack. Most of the time its because someone started to mess with the timing is the reasom its out.
