I have just finished this quilt for my sweet dd who is getting ready to give me another grandbaby (really soon). This pattern is one where you stack the blocks then make random cuts. I did not completely follow the instructions - but I think it turned out ok. I did not use any batting and i backed it with fleece - it turned out to be a pretty nice weight quilt for our area.
