I totally agree because I'm sure everyone does their best when making a quilt. I keep my earliest quilts where I can see them just to remind me that I finally learned how to cut straight (most of the time anyway) strips, the importance of accuracy in cutting, sewing, and squaring my blocks, and that bindings look better squared at the corners rather than rounded....I am so glad people made positive comments to me and gave me encouragement to keep on trying.
