made a quilt for my sister & her dog did the same thing. I mailed scrap fabric so she could sew it over the whole. On one scrap I embroidered the words "NO! NO! BAD DOG!" & that's what she used. I told her quilts were made to be used & these things happen. Better than having them packed away & never appreciated.
