I think I am suppose to head up a new ministry in the church this year -- it is going to be a lot of fun. I am soooooo glad there are so many gardners here. If anyone has any really good canning recipies that do not require a pressure cooker, would you please post them? Also, I can't use a heavy tiller. Could someone recommend one that I might be able to use?
