The good news is that you didn't burn deep enough down to destroy the layer of your skin that is rich in nerves, so it is only a first or second degree burn (you can read about these on the web). It's important to keep the skin intact as long as you can to prevent infection, so don't pop those blisters that might form if you can help it. If you have to, keep the area covered for several days so healing can take place underneath the damaged skin until it inevitably begins to peel/shred off.
