kangaroo is good but very strong, I much prefer wallaby myself, my daughter eats mutton bird which i can't stand the smell of or the taste. My husband is indiginous Tasmanian and while I was carrying my daughter we visited some rellies and they were cooking and salting and plucking the birds. I was sick the whole time of the visit (a week). Last time I took some to her even tho well wrapped I couldn't get the smell out of my bag. Yukk
