I add a half scoop of protein powder to my morning oatmeal. It gives me 13 grams. I buy it at Wally world for about $12 - depending on how serious I am, it lasts more than a month. When I eat Raisin Bran, I add the protein powder to a glass of milk, shake it well then pour on my cereal. I drink the extra that I don't use in the bowl.

Just wanted to share.
