You don't have to make a whole quilt. Make a wallet. Or a mug rug - how easy it that? Just to see if you like it. Then you can start collecting. ;)
My favorite is the dress the Australian lady made. And the umbrella. The lampshade was awesome. Actually, I was more impressed with the non-quilt items. I'm amazed by people's imagination.
