Thank you. I did decide to wait a few days to cool off. I vented to a few more people! And I did end up having to rewrite a few parts of my letter. Thanks again. I hope it will do some good. Thinking about it again still makes me very upset. Not even about her not looking into the problem but telling me I shouldnt be ordering. grr here I go again. Anyways I just wanted to say thank you for the advice. I am soo glad I found this site. I love looking at everyones finds and all the great quilt work.
