I have a black 319 which I love to use. I do my quilting in a straight line on mine and sew bindings on. I wish I had an extra bobbin case but I don't. But, here is the number that is on mine and maybe it will help you find one. #173058. The silver levers are for different stitches and to use with your cams. You can find them on e-bay. Is your machine a green color?
