They used to use these on the mother/baby floor at the hospital. Until someone got burnt ( BE CAREFUL !!!!!).
They used a tube sock.
I have a grandson as a baby had alot of tummy problems, so i made one for him out of rice. would put it on my lap then lay a towel over it then lay him over it with his tummy down. It helped it alot.
