Hi folks

I am 70 now, and remembered all the years my mother sewing on her old singer foot peddled machine. When I was a kid, I loved machines and things that turned, and plunged, made whirling noise. That let me to becoming an aircraft mechanic for 48 years. I have two grand children, a boy 6 mo and a girl 5 yrs. I thought when I retired this past Feb 1st, 2011, that I would buy a sewing machine and make some cute jeans and things for the kids. So far I only made 4 silky boarded blankets for the 6 moth old boy. I now have a singer model 15-91 and a model 201-2. I have been looking at how cloths are made so I purchased a Kenmore serger 16644, made by Jerome. In addition I purchased a strong Pfaff Hobby model 1142. This week I had a industrial "Sailrite, Ultrafeed, LSZ 1. For sewing canvas and leather. I just sold on eBay a Brother PE-770 embroidery machine. It seam to take forever doing the different colors.
Oh...I am writing a novel. www.vincejarcuri.writing.com
