I have a commercially bought one from Bed bath and beyond, and I wished it had ties on it or something to keep it wrapped around my neck. What a great idea, to use Velcro. I have made some friends neck wraps and they love them, but i am going to add Velcro from now on. I used thistle seed in mine. I use flannel! What do others use? Jan
