Someone said the outer border takes over its not blue like in the picture its Turquoise..Do you think that will be ok or do I need to do something else..Even though everything is cut out..

It is very beautiful..But, to me the outer boarder does seem to take over..Its actually the first thing that catches my eyes..I love the colors..They are very happy looking
