One of my LQS is organizing this as well. People will drop off their blocks and then she will mail them off. She has alot of Moda fabrics in her store as well. Love the fact you are suppose to sign your block and state. Think it will be nice for whomever gets it to see how many people and where they are from worked their quilt.
