Spaghetti bake - so easy to customize and make.
Boil noodles.
Mix w/ sauce of your choice.
Mix in any meats you want.
Mix in 2 c shredded mozz, any parm or ricotta you'd like.
Sprinkle w/ cheese on top.
Bake at 450 until the top is "cooked".
My kids LOVE this. I usually use 50/50 marinara and sweet potato/carrot puree. No one knows there's so many veggies in it and it makes the sauce sweeter naturally.
