Here is a meal I make that is fast and super easy
Cut bell peppers in half. I cut them long ways they lay better in the dish.
Stuff each half with frozen pre cooked Italian meatballs
Fill each half with spaghetti sauce of your choice. Bake 350º covered until peppers are tender. Sometimes I put a cup of uncooked rice in dish with a can of chicken stock and then add the peppers and bake until rice is tender.
