If I'm really stuck for what to cook, I rub brown sugar on a small pork roast along with what ever seasoning I like, (I buy the long one and cut it in half lengthwise) wrap it all around in bacon and bake 350º until internal temp is 150º . Delicious and it goes with any vegetable.
