I don't have a name for this, but it's easy, cheap, and no clean up:

For each serving, make a good sized ground beef (or chuck or sirloin or turkey) pattie, and place in center of two pieces of foil criss-crossed over each other, large enough to eventually cover it all. Season with whatever - salt, pepper, garlic or onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, Liquid Smoke, A-1, tomato sauce - whatever sounds good. Top with slices of raw onion, slices of raw potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, sliced bell peppers, snow peas, or (again) whatever sounds good. Add a bit of water or maybe red wine. Seal up the foil to create a dome for steam. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Instant meat and veggie dinner, and you throw away the (foil) dish! Enjoy ...
