I KNOW.... I"m shocked..I was all down thinking I had not lost any, and probably GAINED... so it was a pleasant shock!---

I even fell off the wagon and went out with friends for drinks ( maybe it was the slow dancing?/pool playing?) I tried to go up and down our stairs an extra time or two.. (but walking is difficult with my health limitations) DH insists we go out and feast once a week!! ( we are on the same diet)

I am trying to stay with under 1200 cal/per day( lower carb, low fat, lower sodium), lots of portion control... LOTS of water ( maybe it's from all the walking abacking forth to the bathroom to get rid of all that water??), started limiting my Diet Mt Dew to 1 per day( it's my coffee/caffiene fix)if I get hungry, I nibble on popcorn or carrot sticks or low fat/low calorie yogurt( haven't made my own yet) but that is figured into my 1200 cal.

I did get my hair cut... u think??? naaaaaaaa

I'm sure next week will be a slower rate... don't u always loose more right at first... all the water ?

What ever caused the wt loss, I'm tickled pink!!!
