I know my husband is one of them and being given even a quilt to lay over them reminds them of being in a coffin draped with a flag! Moda should have a little tack and realize this or at least ask questions first.

If I'm reading the directions correctly this will just be a red/white/blue star quilt. Doesn't resemble a flag to me except for the colors. Unless the picture on page one is the pattern for the flag of valor they will be making.
