How hard was it? I mean, I've been eyeing the Twist and the Links bargellos, but was thinking they're not for the novice bargello-maker. Was beginning to think I need to start with just a "normal" bargello. Am I wrong? ( I hope!!!! )
It wasn't hard, really. but you must have a map and a swatch chart of all the fabrics so you can keep track of what fabric is next on the strip. This is only my 4th quilt ever and 2 of those are still UFOs. I finished because I was in a class with a friend who is doing the same pattern but different colors and it is only her 2nd quilt. Our quilting teacher says ANYBODY can make a Bargello!
