Update: Got my Rowenta on Saturday. This after I sent it to Goodman's Dec. 3, 2010. Called them several times Two weeks ago they finally authorized a replacement. I think they lost the first one. One woman told me they logged it in Dec. 21. I have the receipt showing it signed for Dec. 4. Anyway I got a brand new one. Still haven't plugged it in.
