I agree, not less than $1000...$1200 is reasonable...shams can cost $50- $100 each for labour if you go to a bedding place...if you were to have it quilted the way you are planning to do it, what would it cost..add that to the price of the fabric..and the rest of the labour cost for piecing...
i have the same problem when I am pricing custom drapery... I just did a big job and I know I underestimated the amount of work that went into it...but each time I complete a project I learn and it gets easier...I want to be fair but I dont' want to work for nothing either..
