Down here in L.A. (Lower Alabama) where I am visiting, it is Mardi Gras and the junk-food-du-jour is Moon Pies!! They go crazy for Mardi Gras here - you always hear about New Orleans, but Mobile has almost as many parades, without the Girls Gone Wild aspect.
