No offense. They are both kaleidoscope patterns, but they are very different looking. The OBW is equilateral triangles sewn into hexagons (or octogons), no sashing or other fabrics. Stack and Whack is more like a pinwheel, with different fabrics completing the blocks. Very different looking. Google both, or Search here on the QMB and you can see the difference.
