Yesterday I took my long arm quilting class. The machine was a Nolting Long Arm,what an amazing machine.
The owner of the shop (www.institchesfabric.com) Denise was so easy to work w/and an excellant teacher !!

Class began learning the basics of running the long arm machine, how to fill bobbins, threading the machine, loading a quilt, how to use the machine with free motion, pantographs or the computer system.
I then decided which computer pattern I wanted stitched onto my quilt.

Next it was hands on,pinning the zippers to layers, loading the quilt onto the machine & start quilting.
Need I say,I was in ahhhhhhh & so excited.
Of course there was more hands learning as the first two rows were completed, I then needed to do advance the quilt to continue quilting the next two rows.
Seeing the pattern being stitched was amazing & so very rewarding.
Once the entire quilt was finished, taken off the machine, I was able to hold up the quilt & see the end result, wow !!!!

I would very much enjoy hearing your feedback & any suggestions you may have to offer.
Thank you
