I don't have your same machine, however typically when you quilt and want to do stippling....you drop the feed dogs...use the "darning/quilting" foot and set your machine on a regular straight stitch. You move the fabric yourself. Because the feed dogs are not up...you can move the fabric freely under the foot. Think of it like drawing on fabric only you move the paper...not the pencil, as the pencil would be your needle.
