I have looked up corn flour equivalent and, yes - it is corn starch.
I do weigh all my ingrediants - I have got measuring cups in case I do a recipe that is in "cup" measurements.
I also read that Graham Crackers are sweeter than our Digestive biscuits, so you may want to cut down on the sugar a little - try it for taste !!
