Wow, this is just the inspiration I need to get going. My sweet granddaughter is getting a big girl bed this summer..........thanks for posting this beautiful photo. I think my girl is going to be a sewer.....I started gradually exposing her to my Featherweight when she was 2. She hasn't gotten to sew all that much, but always wants to at my house. Last night she tells me she wants a machine just like my Viking #1+. I told her she might get it in the will. lol Meantime, I hope she will get a good old Singer or one that is metal and very reliable. Sure don't want her getting frustrated, ya know?
