Easy Chocolate Frosting
Heat in saucepan until margarine melts:
1/4 cup margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. milk
Add: 1/2 pound (1 3/4 cups) powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
( Add more p. sugar or milk if needs to be thicker or thinner)
Add nuts if desired.

Bring to a boil:
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Add powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar) to fudgey consistency.
Spread fast -- sets up quickly.
