this is the best advice I can think to give you. I have a little note to myself on my 'note-wall', lol...see? I need tons of encouragement...it says, "The reason some plans don't happen is - BC YOU JUST DON'T DO THEM!" makes sense if you think about it.
Pick something up and start going through the motions...the feelings will come.
