Welcome from frosty and still freezing Saskatchewan, Canada. We don't live in igloos anymore, but we sure do quilt alot just to stay warm. And yes wouldn't it have been nice to quilt with your mom! My mom never quilted, but she did do hand quilting for some of my smaller quilts, they are very treasured now.
