A few months ago, I purchased Superman and Batman fabric to make matching quilts for my 2 friends who are dating. I made the Superman quilt (http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-106192-1.htm) and love it. I finished the individual blocks for Batman, laid it out to start pinning, and OMG it's busy. And I don't think it's tolerable busy, but more of a shield your eyes and run away busy

So I would appreciate suggestions on what to do. I don't want to start seam ripping perfectly good seams. I'd rather find a way to adjust the block layout or ...? to calm this baby down.

Pictures: 1st one is the whole quilt. The borders will go all the way around, I just wanted to get a rough idea if they would be enough to calm the quilt.
Pic 2: Close up of one section, showing the blocks in greater detail.
Pic 3: The individual block. So whatever adjustments happen, I want the blocks to be left in tact.

Thank you!

OMG, shield your eyes and run away!! I think the bat signals look like ants :D
