I had no chest pain...it was in the center of my back. Lots of sweating and difficulty breathing. Laid down (not knowing) and it got worse. Thank God DH was home and drove me to ER...CHF. Had been coughing for 5 mos. and didn't pay attention to it (thought it was sinus infection from being in a barn with critters). Now I take my meds and only drink decaf coffee and tea.
