My 201-2 arrived last night with a broken balance wheel due to inadequate packing. So I am hunting one if anyone has a spare to sell.

I will also have to get the hinges to put her in my #42 cabinet. Anybody?

She sews nicely though! And came with plenty of attachments for me to figure out LOL

I am curious though that her serial (#AE314951) indicated 1936 but she doesn't have the scroll plates. Maybe they were replaced with newer ones?
Congratulations on your 201, and so sorry to see the wheel in broken! I am curious as to the faceplate too, as the Featherweights didn't go to the striated face place until about 1947? Maybe, Singer started much earlier on the other models using that striated face plate?
