Well, Celeste, It is really NOT a vacation--I own a restaurant there and need to go meet a container of "stuff" we sent over and my manager wants a couple of weeks off, and we are going to paint and re-decorate our "inside" dining room (we also have a large veranda dining room decorated Mexican style--we serve Amercian and Mexican food). I have a staff of 20-all girls!- so I will have my hands full. I DO, however, plan to have some down-time and put away a few margueritas and work on my GFG!!!!! I will post a few photos, though!
