I have yearned for a good seam ripper too. So, will try the Clover first. HOWEVER, I have found that after I take out that first stitch, I can set down my inadiquate seam ripper and pick up my THIRD FINGER. This little tool can be found in most catalogs. While it is not a seam ripper, for some reason it is great for pulling out thread. It's very strong and can pull out lots and lots of stitches without breaking the thread. I love mine.
